Once your order is placed you can still do several things yourself on the website. What you can do, and how long you have, depends on the action. All of these work on desktop, mobile web and the app.
Just placed your order? Everything your order is eligible for appears on the order confirmation page, so you can act from there without signing in or looking your order up.

If you do not see the action, your order has passed that point. We are not able to make the change, and our Customer Service team cannot make it for you either.
Not possible once an order is placed
- Adding or removing items
- Changing the dress style
- Switching between standard and custom size
- Adding rush production
Your order keeps moving through fulfilment while you are looking at the page, so the website rechecks its status each time you select an action. An option can disappear between loading the page and selecting it, and a change can occasionally fail when you submit it. Refresh the page to see the current status.
