Just placed your order? If the address can still be changed, Edit Address appears on the order confirmation page. You can change it from there without signing in or looking your order up.
Go to the Track Your Order page.
Enter your email address and order number.
From the order summary page, click Change Shipping Address.
Select a previously saved address or add a new one.
Submit your change request.
Where to find it
💡 Tip: The address can be changed until the shipping label is generated.
If the option is not there, or the change does not go through: your order is either not eligible for that action or has passed the point where it can still be made. Orders keep moving through fulfilment while you are on the page, so an option can disappear, and a change can occasionally fail when you submit it. Refresh the page to see the current status. If the option has gone, the order has passed the point where the address can be changed, and our Customer Service team is not able to change it for you either.
