Change Policy Limitations

• Changes to an order may affect the delivery time.
• Rush production cannot be added to or removed from an order once it is placed. Expedited shipping can be added on the website while the order is still eligible, if an expedited option was available for it at checkout.
• We cannot change the size or color of in stock items.
• We are unable to add or remove items from orders.
• We cannot change the chosen dress style or switch between standard and custom size.

Your order keeps moving through fulfilment while you are looking at the page, so the website rechecks its status each time you select an action. An option can disappear between loading the page and selecting it, and a change can occasionally fail when you submit it. Refresh the page to see the current status. If the option is no longer there, the order has passed the cutoff for that change.
