To download your return label, follow these steps:

Go to your order summary page by logging in OR entering your email address and order number here.
Click 'Return Status'.
Click 'View Return Label' to download your return label.

Please note: If you see a message that states "We have received your return request. You may download the return label from this page shortly," please check this page for the label again in a few minutes. A copy of your return label will be emailed as well.

Please note: We are unable to provide prepaid return labels in Brazil, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea. Instead of a shipping label, your return document will include return instructions and a local return address, and you can ship your return with the carrier of your choice. Because you ship with your own carrier, no return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
