Can I use my own label to return my order?

Yes! You may absolutely use your own return label as long as the item you’re returning is not a try-on dress. 

Before doing so, please read this guide carefully.

Before returning items with your own label...

1. Get Approval First:
   Contact our customer service team so that we can approve your return and provide you with the return address! Any orders sent back without approval will be rejected.
2. Use the Correct Address:
   The shipping address on your package is not our return address. Most orders ship through a third-party warehouse, and we cannot retrieve packages sent there by mistake.
3. Postmark Within 5 Days:
   Your order must be postmarked for return within 5 days of receiving return approval.
4. Track Your Return:
   You are responsible for ensuring your order is returned safely and within the Return Policy window. We recommend writing down or photographing your return tracking number to monitor its progress.
