Waiting on your refund? Your timeline depends on two things: how far along your return is and how you chose to receive your refund. Find the scenario below that best fits your order for more details.
Scenario 1: Your refund status says "Completed" but you don't see it yet
If your return status shows your refund has been issued, but it hasn't appeared in your account yet, don't worry! This simply means the funds are processing. You can expect to see your refund within:
- Azazie Account Balance: 1-3 business days
- Original Payment Method: 2-5 business days, depending on your bank
Scenario 2: Your return is still in transit or being processed
