If you need to return an item that was purchased using a gift card, your refund will be processed in one of two ways based on how you originally paid for the order.
1) Orders Paid Entirely With a Gift Card
If your order was funded 100% by a gift card, the refund process is straightforward. The entire refund amount will be credited directly back to your Azazie Account Balance.
2) Orders Paid With Multiple Payment Methods
If you split your payment between a gift card and another method (like a credit card or PayPal), you can choose how you want to receive your refund:
Option A: Refund to Original Payment Methods
The amount you paid via credit card or PayPal will be returned to that card/account first.
Any remaining balance from the gift card portion will be credited to your Azazie Account Balance.
Option B: Refund Entirely to Azazie Account Balance
The full refund amount from all payment methods will be credited directly to your Azazie balance.
⚠️ Important Note: Once a return has been processed, your chosen refund method cannot be changed. Please review your selection carefully before submitting your return.
