Whether you are purchasing a gift card for someone special or planning to use one for your own order, it's important to keep a few key policies, limits, and technical details in mind.

Usage & Regional Restrictions
U.S. and Canada Only: Gift cards are exclusively available for purchase and redemption in the United States and Canada.
Regional Site Restriction: Gift cards must be purchased, activated, and used on the specific regional site where they were bought.
US gift cards only work on azazie.com (USD).
Canada gift cards only work on azazie.ca (CAD).
They cannot be transferred across sites or converted between currencies.
Not for Try-On Orders: Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for our At-Home Try-On Program.
No Gift Cards for Gift Cards: You cannot use an existing gift card to purchase another gift card.
Limitations
To ensure secure transactions, the following limits apply to gift card purchases:
Maximum Value: Each individual gift card can hold a maximum value of $1,000.
Daily Purchase Limit: You can purchase a maximum of 10 gift cards per day.
Non-Refundable: Digital gift cards are nonrefundable once purchased.
Sending Multiple Digital Gift Cards
If you are purchasing and sending multiple digital gift cards in a single transaction, the personalized message you write will be identical for all recipients. If you want unique messages for different people, we recommend checking out separately for each recipient.
