How to Return Your Try-On Order

To begin your return, click the button above then follow the steps below:

1. Enter your Email Address.

   • Guest Checkout: Click Track With Order Number and enter your Order Number.

   • Account Holder: Log in to your account (or, if you are already logged in, select your try-on order from your My Orders list).

2. From the order details page, click Return and follow the on-screen prompts.

Important: Please be sure to purchase any try-on dresses you wish to keep before starting your return. Once a return has been initiated, you will no longer be able to purchase the try-on dress to keep. You can find instructions for how to purchase here.

When do I need to drop off my return?

You have 7 days from when your order is delivered to drop off your return with the carrier.

Please note: The package does not need to arrive back at our facility within 7 days; it just needs to be scanned and dropped off with the carrier within that 7-day window.
