All About the At-Home Try On Program

Choosing the perfect dress for your special event can be a daunting task, especially when you aren’t sure which size you’ll need or how a particular style will fit! We’ve got you covered with our At-Home Try On Program.

With our At-Home Try On Program, you can try on a variety of dresses right in the comfort of your own home before you make your final choice. All you need to do is pop over to the Try On section of the website, take a look around our selections, and add your picks to your cart. Proceed to checkout and voila, your chosen dresses will be on their way to you!

Once your order arrives, you have up to 7 days to try on the dresses and decide which one is "The One". After making your decision, you can either:

• Purchase your try-on dress to keep by following the instructions here, OR
• Return the dress(es) using our easy return process and place a final order for your chosen style.

If you decide to keep your try-on dress, as a special bonus, you'll receive 15% off the purchase price. It's our way of making it even easier (and more affordable) to say yes to the dress you already love. This discount applies automatically at checkout, and you can read more about it here.

The fee you pay (per dress) covers the cost of processing, inspection, and careful packaging by our warehouse team. While this fee is non-refundable, it allows you to try dresses at home before committing to your purchase. 

There will be no additional charges for try on dresses as long as:

• The dresses are returned within 7 days of delivery
• The dresses remain in the country of origin
• The return instructions are followed as outlined in our Return Policy

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in being charged the full price for the dresses.

Program Limitations

To help manage inventory while giving you maximum flexibility, each account can order up to 6 try-on dresses at a time. There is also a limit of up to 3 Wedding Dress (WD) try-ons per order.

Example combinations:

• 3 Wedding Dress Try-Ons + 3 non-wedding dresses
• 6 non-wedding dresses

Pro Tip: We recommend selecting a variety of sizes and styles to help you find the perfect fit and silhouette.

Excluded Categories: Flower Girl dresses are not eligible for the At-Home Try-On Program, and some dress categories may not be available in all eligible countries.

Country Restrictions: The program is currently unavailable in the following countries:

• Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea.
