How to Extend Your Try-On Period

If you need a little extra time to try on your dresses, you can request an extension for your At-Home Try-On order. The standard try-on period is 7 days from the delivery date as determined by your tracking number. Extensions can be requested for up to 3 additional days.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Click the “Request Return Extension” button on your Order Summary page.

2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

3. In the Actions section of your order summary, click Request Return Extension.

4. Select the number of days you’d like to extend (up to 3 days).

5. Click Confirm to submit your extension request.

💡 Pro Tip: Extensions must be requested before your standard 7-day try-on period ends.

What to Expect

You will not receive a new return date automatically. To calculate your updated deadline, add the number of extension days to your original 7-day try-on period. Example: If your original try-on period ends on Day 7 and you request a 3-day extension, your new return deadline will be Day 10.

If you would like to confirm that your extension has processed correctly, you can click “Request Return Extension” again on your Order Summary page. Please note that customer service cannot verify this for you.
