How to Return Your Try-On Dresses

Keeping a dress? Buy it first. Once you start a return, you can't buy that dress anymore. How to keep your try-on dress

Start your return

1. Log in and open your try-on order from My Orders. Checked out as a guest? Click Track With Order Number and enter your order number and email.
2. Click Return and follow the prompts.
3. Drop off your dresses by your deadline.

Ways to return

Good to know

• Free: in all eligible countries, there's no return shipping fee for try-on dresses.
• On time: drop off within 7 days of delivery, or by your extended deadline. Keep your drop-off receipt.
• Processing: mail-in returns are processed within {{az:_global.return_processing_days.mail_in}} business days after they reach our warehouse, and they take a few days to get there.{{az:if:happy_returns.available}} Happy Returns drop-offs (US only): {{az:_global.return_processing_days.happy_returns}}.{{az:endif}} We'll email you once your return is processed.

Please note: your package doesn't need to reach our warehouse by your deadline. It needs to be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 7 days of delivery, or by your extended deadline.
