Your Try-On Deadline and How to Extend It

You have 7 days from delivery to drop off your return or buy the dresses you want to keep.

• Your return is on time if it's dropped off by your deadline. It doesn't need to reach us by then.
• Not sure when your order was delivered? Check the tracking in your shipping email.
• Dresses not returned or bought by your deadline are charged full price, without the 15% off.

Need more time?

You can request one extension of up to 3 days per order. Request it before your 7 days end.

1. Open your order. Log in, or click Track With Order Number and enter your order number and email.
2. In the Actions section, click Request Return Extension.
3. Choose 1, 2 or 3 days and click Confirm.

Your order page won't show a new date, so add the days yourself: your new deadline is your original deadline plus the days you added. For example, a 3-day extension moves day 7 to day 10. The extension covers both returning and buying dresses to keep.

To check your request went through, click Request Return Extension again on your order page. Our team can't see website extension requests, so this is the best way to check.
