How to Keep Your Try-On Dress

Love a dress from your try-on order? Once it arrives, you can buy that exact dress from your order page and get 15% off, applied automatically.

Before you buy

• Final sale: kept try-on dresses can't be returned or exchanged. Wrong size or color? Return it and place a new order instead.
• Sold as is: try-on dresses may show light signs of wear from earlier try-ons.
• Buy before you return: once you start a return, or a dress has been returned, it can't be bought.
• Card only: pay with a credit or debit card. In all eligible countries, gift cards and account balance can't be used.
• By your deadline: buy within 7 days of delivery, or by your extended deadline, and return the rest by then too.

How to buy

1. Go to your order status page. Log in, or click Track With Order Number and enter your order number and email.
2. Open your try-on order. In the Actions section, click Purchase Try-On Dress(es).
3. Select the dresses you're keeping and click Continue.
4. Finish checkout. Your 15% off is already applied, so there's no code to enter.

About the 15% off

• Only for the exact try-on dress you keep. It can't be used for a different style, size, color or order.
• Applied per dress, before tax and shipping. No code needed.
• Can't be combined with other promotions.
• Your try-on fee is separate. It isn't taken off the price.
