1) Address Suggestion Box
If you see a box pop up that is suggesting an edit to the address, just select whichever of the 2 address options you prefer (Original or Suggested) and then click Save & Continue. The suggested edit is most likely just adding the extended postal code to your address but please be sure to review the edits (marked in red).
2) Double-check your address and phone number
If the website won’t let you check out or if there is a notice that says there may be an issue with the address or phone number, please try the following steps:
- Be sure to use a valid address.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarding Addresses.
- If you have a P.O. Box as your billing address, the system will reject it. You can get around this by either using a different, non-PO Box as your billing address or you can go to My Account through your Azazie.com account and choosing "Edit Addresses" and you can edit your billing address to a PO Box there and the system should accept it when you check out.
- Try inputting the phone number without dashes or parentheses. Ex: 1234567890 instead of (123) 456-7890
- If the above steps don’t work there may be a connectivity issue.
3) Connectivity Issues
To resolve a connectivity issue, try the following steps:
Refresh the page.
Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
Switch devices (phone, tablet, or computer).
Be sure to keep track of which devices and browsers you've tried, as customer service may need this information if you continue to have checkout issues.
