2) Are you using a Visa gift card?
We recommend that customers avoid using Visa gift cards to place orders, as they may not always be recognized as a valid payment method.
Important: Try-on dress orders cannot be paid for with Visa OR Azazie gift cards.
3) Check for Connectivity Issues
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there could be a connectivity problem. Try:
Refreshing the page
Using a different browser
Switching to another device (phone, tablet, or computer)
3) Declined Payment
If your payment is declined:
Contact your bank. Some banks may place a temporary hold on first-time online purchases.
Even if your bank approves the payment, our processor may decline it if it does not pass necessary security checks.
