Changed your mind on an item? No worries! Returns on orders paid with Klarna follow Azazie’s standard return process. Once we receive and process your return, your refund is sent back to Klarna, and they handle the processing on their end.
How Your Refund is Applied
Klarna handles refunds a bit differently than a standard credit card. Your refund is applied directly and automatically to your Klarna payment plan and open balances:
Instead of always issuing a standalone cash credit, Klarna often uses your refund to reduce or cancel your upcoming scheduled payments.
If you have already paid off your installments in full, Klarna will issue the refund directly back to your original payment method (bank account or card).
Where to Find Your Refund
While Klarna typically routes funds back to your original bank or card payment method once your balance is cleared, funds can occasionally appear as an account credit directly within your Klarna profile first.
If you don't see the funds reflected in your bank account within 2-5 business days, we recommend logging into your Klarna account to check your live balance, active payment plans, and refund status.
