Can I still order a retired style or color?

Once a look has officially retired, we are no longer able to produce new orders for it. However, it is always worth checking our Final Sale section! You might just find exactly what you are looking for there while supplies last.

What if I ordered an item that retired after I bought it?

No need to worry! If your order was placed while the item was still active on our website, your dress is already secured. We will process, make, and ship your order exactly as promised!

Are retired colors and styles returnable?

Yes! We want you to love your dress. As long as your item is a standard size and falls within our standard return policy guidelines, it is fully eligible for a return or exchange—even if the style has since been retired. (Please note that custom-sized items and items marked "Final Sale" remain non-returnable).

Will retired looks ever come back?

While we don’t typically reintroduce retired colors or patterns, we never say never! However, to avoid any wedding-day stress, we always recommend ordering your favorites while they are actively available.
