Our top priority is making sure you look and feel absolutely amazing on the big day. If we discover that a specific fabric batch or dress pattern no longer meets our strict quality and durability standards, we will make the decision to retire it immediately rather than send you a subpar product.

While we do our best to give plenty of warning via our countdown timers, unexpected quality control checks are the main reason a style or shade might disappear without prior notice.
