Return Shipping Fees

When you process a return, a return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. This fee applies per item sent back, with a few exceptions.

All fees are listed in local currency. Taxes may also apply to the return shipping fee.

Exceptions & Special Cases

• Try-On Dresses: There is no return fee for items from our Try-On program.
• Using Your Own Shipping Label: Customers who choose to use their own shipping label will not be charged a return shipping fee by us.

• All fees are in local currency.
• *In select countries, taxes may also apply to the return shipping fee.
• Countries not listed must use their own labels to return.
• Customers using their own label to return are not charged a return shipping fee.
• The return shipping fee is waived when processing an exchange. Exchanges are currently only available for US orders. If you choose a return instead of an exchange, the standard return shipping fee will apply.
