How to Pick Up Your Order

Local Pickup

1. When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with your pickup code. Once you receive your email, you have 3 days to swing by and get your order.
2. Next, make your way to our warehouse. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and the pickup code we sent you via email.
3. Once you arrive, please be sure to park in the Reserved Customer Parking spot.
4. Next, simply walk up to the front door with the black Azazie logo and ring the doorbell for help. One of our associates will help you shortly.

Pick up is available from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

UPS Pickup

1. When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with your pickup code. Once you receive your email, you have 7 days to swing by and get your order.
2. Next, make your way to the UPS Pickup location. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and the pickup code we sent you via email.
3. Once you arrive, show the pickup code to one of the associates and they'll hand over your item(s).
