While Happy Returns offers a seamless drop-off experience, please note the following guidelines and restrictions:
All returns and exchanges must strictly comply with Azazie's policies.
All Bridal Gowns, Suits, and Atelier Dresses priced over $300 cannot be returned or exchanged via Happy Returns.
This service is exclusively available for U.S. customers who are within a 40-mile radius of a participating Happy Returns location.
For customers processing a return, our standard return shipping fee will be charged, even when using Happy Returns.
