Step-by-Step Exchange Guide
Step 1: Submit your exchange
Once you've clicked the button above, scroll down, and click "Start My Exchange".
- Enter your Order Number and Email Address.
- Log in or create an account:
- If you have an account: Enter your password.
- If you don't have an account: Follow the prompts to quickly register.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select which eligible items you would like to exchange and submit your request.
- Check your email for a QR Code from Happy Returns (US Only).
Step 2: Drop off your item
Take your item and QR code to any Happy Returns location - no box or printer needed!
Drop off your item within {{az:_global.postmark_window_days.standard}} days of receiving your QR code.

Step 3: Get your refund and place a new order
- Once scanned at Happy Returns, your refund will be issued to your Azazie Account Balance (US Only) within {{az:_global.refund_processing_days.account_balance}} business days.
- Use your account balance to easily purchase your replacement item!
