For some international orders, local customs authorities require additional identification—such as a tax ID or customs clearance number—to process your shipment. If this information is needed for your order, it will be collected during checkout to help ensure smooth delivery.
Why is this required?
Certain countries require this information to verify the recipient and approve the import. Without it, your package may be delayed in transit, held by customs, returned to sender, or even rejected by the carrier or customs authority.
What do I need to provide?
If your shipment requires it, we’ll ask you for a tax ID or customs clearance number. Please make sure tha the information is entered exactly as registered and the name, phone number, and ID/tax number all match your official records. Even small differences can cause delays with customs clearance!
