Local Pickup

We are excited to offer Local Pickup as a delivery option for customers who are within the service range of our US Warehouse located in the California Bay Area. It’s a super convenient delivery option that allows you to pick up your try-on order directly from our warehouse.

Keep in mind that this option is only available for try-on dresses, and you'll need a valid ID for pickup!

How do I place a Local Pickup order?

1. Add your item(s) to your cart and head on over to checkout.
2. Click "PICK UP".
3. Enter your zip code to check if you are within the service range of our California warehouse.
4. If you are, select "Azazie Warehouse" from the list of pickup locations.
5. Continue checking out as you normally would!

How do I pick up my Local Pickup order?

Pickup is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

1. When your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with your pickup code. Once you receive your email, you have 3 days to swing by and get your order.
2. Make your way to our warehouse. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and the pickup code we sent you via email.
3. When you arrive, please park in the Reserved Customer Parking spot.
4. Walk up to the front door with the black Azazie logo and ring the doorbell. One of our associates will help you shortly.

What are the Local Pickup limitations?

• Local Pickup is only available within the service range of our California warehouse and is solely for try-on dresses.
• A valid ID is needed to pick up your item(s).
• To use Local Pickup, we require your shipping address, name, phone number, and email during checkout for delivery notification and verification purposes.
• You have 3 days to pick up your order.
  • If your order is not picked up within 3 days, it will be returned and refunded.
• Once your order is placed, customer service cannot change your delivery option.
  • This includes changing from delivery to pickup (or vice versa).
