You can have up to 6 try-on dresses at a time, and no more than 3 of them can be wedding dresses. Please note that this limit applies to both your account and shipping address.
How the Try-On Limit Works
- Each account can have up to 6 try-on dresses at a time, even if they're shipped to different addresses.
- Each shipping address can receive up to 6 try-on dresses at a time, even if they're ordered from different accounts.
- The 6 dresses can be in one order or spread across several orders.
- Once a return is scanned back into our warehouse, those dresses stop counting towards your limit, so you can order more.
Where Try-On is Available
- Try-on is available in selected countries. If you don't see a Try-On section on our site for your country, try-on isn't offered there.
- Try-on stock is separate for each country and can't be shipped from another country, so be sure to browse our site for the country you're shipping to.
- Available dress categories vary by country.
