Planning a try-on party? Here is everything you need to know to make your party seamless:
1) Order Early
We recommend ordering about 2.5 weeks before your party.
- Always check the estimated delivery window on each dress page to ensure they arrive on time.
- Remember: Each person's 7-day try-on window starts on the day their specific package arrives.
2) Everyone Places Their Own Order
To keep things running smoothly:
- Each person should order from their own account, with their own contact details, payment method, and shipping address.
- Each household can have up to 6 try-on dresses at a time, so shipping everyone's dresses to one house won't work for a bigger party.
- Covering a friend's try-on fee? Send them the funds through a payment app. Gift cards can't be used for try-on orders.
