Rush Production

Rush Production is an optional service that speeds up the production time of select made-to-order dresses. When selected, your order is prioritized and made faster than standard production times.

Please note that Rush Production may not be available based on order volume.

How To Add Rush Production

To add Rush Production to your order, just follow these quick steps:

1. On the item page, select your size and color. You'll see the production options located just above the Add to Bag button.
2. Select Rush Production.
3. Click Add to Bag and proceed to checkout as normal.

Additional Fees

An additional non-refundable fee is charged for items ordered with rush production. The amount charged varies depending on the type of dress you order.

Please note that this fee directly supports the dressmaker working on your dress and is charged to cover the costs associated with prioritizing your order.

Limitations

• Available only for select made-to-order dresses.
• Cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
• Production timeframe and availability depend on dress complexity and the workload of our dressmakers.
