Delivery Address Requirements
Deliveries must be sent to a valid residential or business address.
- P.O. Boxes: This address type is not accepted.
- Freight Forwarding Addresses: Due to security risks and high rates of fraudulent activity, orders using freight forwarding services cannot be fulfilled and will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
Free Shipping Guidelines
- Standard Orders: For eligible countries, free shipping applies when your order subtotal (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and rush fees) reaches the minimum threshold.
- Special Items: We offer complimentary free shipping on At-Home Try On dresses, swatches, and tape measures as our gift to you!
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is exclusively available in the US, Canada, and the UK.
Please note that expedited shipping is not available for:
- Select Items: Try-On dresses, final sale items, accessories, and swatches
- Mixed Orders: Orders containing both made to order and ready made items, or items with and without rush production
- Locations: Select remote regions
