If you love your try-on dress and decide to keep it, you can purchase it instead of returning it. Before completing your purchase, please review the important details below.

Try-On Dresses Are Final Sale

Once purchased, Try-On dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

If the try-on dress is not the right size, color, or fit for you, please return the dress through the try-on return process and place a new order for your preferred style.

Try-On Dresses Are Sold As-Is

Try-on dresses are part of our At-Home Try On Program and may show minor signs of wear from previous try-ons. By purchasing a try-on dress, you acknowledge that the item is sold as-is.

Additional Restrictions

Please note:

• Previously returned try-on dresses cannot be purchased.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase try-on dresses due to system limitations.
