- Final Sale: Once purchased, Try-On dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
- Not quite right? If the dress isn't the right size, color, or fit for you, simply return it through our standard try-on return process and place a new order for your preferred style.
Sold As-Is: Because these dresses are part of our At-Home Try On Program, they may show minor signs of wear from previous try-ons. By purchasing a try-on dress, you acknowledge and accept that the item is sold as-is.
Purchase Eligibility: Please note that previously returned try-on dresses are not eligible for purchase.
