How to Purchase Your Try-On Dress to Keep

If you ordered a try-on dress and love it, you can purchase it to keep instead of returning it. Follow the guide below to complete your purchase.

Before You Purchase

Please read this section carefully before completing your order:

• Once purchased, try-on dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

• If your try-on dress isn’t the right size or color, please return it instead and order a new dress through our website.

• These dresses are sold "as is" and may show minor signs of wear from our At-Home Try-On Program.

• Previously returned Try-On dresses cannot be purchased.

• Gift cards cannot be used to buy a try-on dress due to system limitations.

Make sure the dress you intend to keep is the right choice for you before completing checkout.

How to Purchase Your Try-On Dress

1. Click here.
2. On your Order Summary page, go to the Actions section.
3. Click Purchase Try-On Dress(es) (see Image 1).
4. Select the try-on dress(es) you would like to keep and click Continue (Image 2)
5. Continue through checkout and confirm your order details to finalize your purchase.
