We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, due to certain circumstances such as:
- The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns.
- When processing an exchange, we charge the dress's current price at the time of the new purchase. We do not offer price matching.
- To process an exchange you must have an Azazie Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout.
