Exchange Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a exchange, all items must be:
- Unwashed and unworn
- Unaltered and undamaged
- Clean and completely free of lint, hair, or makeup residues
- In original condition with all tags still attached
Can I try the dress on?
Yes, absolutely! “Unworn” simply means the item must not have been worn to an event or used beyond trying it on at home for fit and sizing.
Please note: Items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

- Purchased Try-On Dresses
- Swatches
- Fabric by the Yard
- Tape Measure
- Bouquets
- Garment Bags
- Shapewear and Intimates
- Personalized Products
- Any other items marked as Final Sale on the product page
Any free garment bags or panniers included with your order are yours to keep!
