Checking Availability
The availability of a dress is indicated by a lightning bolt symbol next to the size and color options. You will need to confirm that both the size and color (Image 1 & 2) you are interested in are available. If a size or color does not have the lightning bolt indicator, the dress is not available in that size/color in the Ship Now program.

Where can I find Ship Now dresses?
To find dresses available in the Ship Now program, click on the “Ships Now” filter located on the left-hand side of the website. If you have specific color requirements, you can also filter the search results by selecting your desired color. Availability is indicated by a lightning bolt symbol (Image 3 & 4).

Policies
Returns: Ship Now dresses are returnable within 30 days of delivery. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions and information.
Modifications to Orders: Orders for Ship Now dresses cannot be modified. If you require a different size or color, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one.
Cancellations: Please be aware that cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing the original order. Once this time window has passed, the order will be processed, and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
