Ship Now dresses are in stock in some of our most popular styles, sizes, and colors. Because they are already made, they can reach you noticeably faster than a dress we make to order.
Please note that availability can change at any time, and the Ship Now option may be removed from a dress or from the website without notice.
Checking Availability
The availability of a dress is indicated by a lightning bolt symbol next to the size and color options. You will need to confirm that both the size and color you are interested in are available. If a size or color does not have the lightning bolt indicator, that combination is not currently in stock and the dress would be made to order.
Choosing Rush at Checkout
On a dress showing the lightning bolt, your shipping choice decides which dress you receive:
Rush reserves the in stock dress and ships it to you from our existing inventory.
Standard does not. If you choose Standard, we make the dress for you, and your order follows our normal made to order production and shipping time.
Both are valid orders and both will arrive, but only Rush gives you the in stock dress and the faster timeline. If speed is the reason you chose a Ship Now dress, select Rush at checkout.
The cost of Rush varies by dress and destination, and it is sometimes free. The exact amount for your order is shown next to the Rush option at checkout before you pay.
What Rush Means on Other Dresses
If a dress does not show the lightning bolt, there is no in stock version to send, so Rush works differently. It means we prioritize making your dress, so it is produced faster than standard. The dress is still made to order.
In short: Rush on a lightning bolt dress means it ships from stock. Rush on any other dress means we make it faster.
How Long It Takes
A Ship Now dress ordered with Rush leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days in total.
Ship Now dresses are stocked in more than one location, including warehouses outside the United States, so the warehouse your dress ships from may differ from one order to the next. This does not change the timeline above.
How to Find Ship Now Dresses
To find dresses available in the Ship Now program, click on the “Ships Now” filter located on the left-hand side of the website. If you have specific color requirements, you can also filter the search results by selecting your desired color. Availability is indicated by a lightning bolt symbol.
Policies
Returns: Ship Now dresses are returnable within 30 days of delivery. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions and information.
Modifications to Orders: Orders for Ship Now dresses cannot be modified. If you require a different size or color, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one.
Cancellations: Please be aware that cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing the original order. Once this time window has passed, the order will be processed, and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
