I entered the wrong address at checkout! What do I do?

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, it is important to change your address as soon as possible after placing your order.

You can update your shipping address on the website until the shipping label for your order is generated. This applies to every item type, so there is no separate window for made to order and in stock items. Once the label exists, the address can no longer be changed.

How to Change Your Shipping Address

To change the shipping address on your order, please follow these steps:

1. Click here.
2. Enter your Email Address and Order Number.
3. From the order summary page that appears, click "Edit Address". You can select a previously saved address or add a new one.

Important: Please note that if you are unable to update your address on the website, our Customer Service team will also be unable to make the change.

While we cannot reroute or modify the shipping address on our end once an order is processing, you can contact the carrier directly to ask if they are able to update the delivery address for you or hold the package at a local facility for secure pickup.
