Your try-on fee is non-refundable and isn't taken off the price of a dress. The fee and the 15% keep discount are two separate things.
Try-on fee: {{az:try_on.fee.bridesmaid}} per bridesmaid dress{{az:if:try_on.fee.jbm}} or junior bridesmaid dress{{az:endif}}, {{az:try_on.fee.mob}} per mother of the bride dress and {{az:try_on.fee.wedding}} per wedding dress.
Maternity and modest dresses have the same fee as bridesmaid dresses.
| What it is | When | |
|---|---|---|
| Try-on fee | Per dress, see the amounts above. Not refunded. | When you place your try-on order |
| Keep discount | 15% off the exact try-on dress you buy | Applied automatically when you buy it |
Why isn't the fee refundable?
Your try-on fee covers shipping both ways. It isn't refunded when you return your dresses, isn't taken off the price if you keep one, and doesn't turn into store credit.
