Choosing the perfect dress for your special event can be a daunting task, especially when you aren’t sure which size you’ll need or how a particular style will fit! We’ve got you covered with our At-Home Try On Program.
With our At-Home Try On Program, you can try on a variety of dresses right in the comfort of your own home before you make your final choice. All you need to do is pop over to the Try On section of the website, take a look around our selections, and add your picks to your cart. Proceed to checkout and voila, your chosen dresses will be on their way to you!
Once your order arrives, you have up to 7 days to try on the dresses and decide which one is "The One". After making your decision, you can either:
Purchase your try-on dress to keep by following the instructions here, OR
Return the dress(es) using our easy return process and place a final order for your chosen style.
If you decide to keep your try-on dress, as a special bonus, you'll receive 15% off the purchase price. It's our way of making it even easier (and more affordable) to say yes to the dress you already love. This discount applies automatically at checkout, and you can read more about it here.
Try-On Dress Order Limits
To help manage inventory while giving you flexibility, there are limits on the number of try-on dresses per account:
Each account can order up to 6 try-on dresses, including a maximum of 3 Wedding Dress (WD) Try-Ons. Remaining slots can be filled with non-wedding dresses.
Example combinations: 3 WD Try-Ons + 3 non-WD dresses, or 6 non-WD dresses.

Fees and Return Guidelines
The fee you pay (per dress) covers the cost of processing, inspection, and careful packaging by our warehouse team. While this fee is non-refundable, it allows you to try dresses at home before committing to your purchase.
There will be no additional charges for try on dresses as long as:
- The dresses are returned within 7 days of delivery
- The dresses remain in the country of origin
- The return instructions are followed as outlined in our Return Policy FAQ
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in being charged the full price for the dresses.
Limitations
Our At-Home Try On Program is currently not available in Brazil, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain, and Switzerland. Additionally, the program does not include Flower Girl dresses. Some dress categories may not be available in select countries. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!
