💵 What Is Included
Item cost & taxes
When returning an order, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item plus applicable taxes, minus a return shipping fee.
🚫 What Is Not Included
Nonrefundable costs
Original shipping costs, rush fees, and taxes on those fees are nonrefundable. Additionally, the fee you pay for try-on dresses covers the cost of processing and is nonrefundable.
📦 Return Shipping Fee
Deducted per item
A return shipping fee per item is automatically deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for try-on dresses and returns sent back using your own carrier.
Closed Accounts & Refund Checks: If the account or credit card used for the original purchase is closed, your refund will still be sent to that financial institution. If your bank rejects the transfer, a paper check will automatically be issued to you instead.
You will always get a confirmation email as soon as your refund has finished processing on our end.
