📍 Option A: Happy Returns (In-Person Return | US Only)
- Get a QR code sent to your email. Take your item and code to any Happy Returns location - no box or printer needed!
- Drop-off deadline: Within 5 days of receiving your QR code (7 days from delivery for Try-On items). Please ignore any 30-day window displayed by Happy Returns.
✉️ Option B: Mail-In Return
- Get a printable shipping label sent to your email. Print it out, attach it to your box, and drop it off with the designated carrier.
- Drop-off deadline: Within 5 days of receiving your label (7 days from delivery for Try-On items).
- 💡 Pro-Tip: Do not place clear tape directly over the barcode as scanners cannot read through reflective tape!
