Step 1: Check Your Package
Start by looking inside your box for a prepaid return label. Some orders include a prepaid return label - if yours does, simply use that label and drop off your return with the designated carrier!
Please be careful not to confuse the packaging slip included in your box with a prepaid return label. The packaging slip clearly states “this is not a return label,” so it’s easy to tell them apart.
If you don't find a prepaid label inside your box or you prefer to return via Happy Returns, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Choose Your Return Method
Azazie offers two simple ways to return your items:
1) Happy Returns (U.S. only)
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a QR code by email. Simply show the code at any Happy Returns location near you, and they'll take care of the rest.

⚠️ Important: While Happy Returns may display a 30-day window, standard items must be dropped off with happy returns within 5 days of receiving your QR code, and try-on items must be dropped off within 7 days of receiving your order.
2) Mail-In Return
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Simply print it out, package your items, and drop them off with the designated carrier.
