We accept returns for standard size dresses, suits, and most accessories within {{az:_global.return_window_days}} days of delivery. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, each item has its own {{az:_global.return_window_days}}‑day return window based on the day that specific item is delivered.
Jewellery and headpieces must be returned within {{az:_global.jewelry_window_days}} days of delivery.
Step-by-Step Return Guide
Step 1: Get return approval & address
Before sending anything back, you must get official approval from our team.

Once approved, our team will provide you with the designated return shipping address.
Note: Do not ship your package to the address listed on your original shipping box! Most orders ship from third-party warehouses that cannot retrieve returns. Any orders sent back without prior approval or to the wrong address will be rejected.
Step 2: Pack your items
- Prepare the box: Place your items and the original packing slip inside your original box (or a box of similar size).
- Clear old labels: Cover or remove any original shipping labels from the outside of the box.
- Secure your new label: Purchase a shipping label from your preferred local carrier, address it to the location provided by customer service, and attach it securely.
Step 3: Ship within 30 days & track
- Timeframe: Your package must be postmarked and shipped within 30 days of delivery.
- Track your package: Because you are using your own shipping method, you are responsible for making sure the package arrives safely. We highly recommend keeping your receipt and taking a photo of your tracking number to monitor its progress.
