Waiting on your refund? Your timeline depends on how far along your return is. Find the scenario below that best fits your order for more details.
📍 Scenario 1: Your return is still in transit
If you recently mailed your items back using your own label, you can check the tracking number provided by your carrier to find the status of your return.
📦 Scenario 2: Your return is being processed at our warehouse
If your carrier's tracking shows your package has been delivered, our warehouse team is inspecting your items.
💵 Scenario 3: Your refund status says "Completed" but you don't see it yet
If your return status shows your refund has been issued, but it hasn't appeared in your account yet, don't worry! This simply means the funds are processing with your financial institution and will take 2 to 5 business days to post.
