Important Refund Information

We want to make your refund as straightforward as possible. You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment we finish processing it on our end. To help you see exactly what to expect, below is a detailed breakdown of what is included in your refund total, how fees are handled, and what to expect if your payment account has changed.

Closed Accounts & Refund Checks

If the account or credit card used for the original purchase is closed, your refund will still be sent to that financial institution. If your bank rejects the transfer, a paper check will automatically be issued to you instead.

Note on checks: Refunds cannot be requested by check. Please note that if an issued refund check needs to be cancelled and reissued, a ${{az:_global.refund_check_cancel_fee}} fee will apply.
