While prepaid Visa and Mastercard gift cards are a convenient payment option for many online purchases, using them on our platform comes with a few important guidelines and restrictions. Whether you are planning a purchase or organizing a return, here is what you need to know to ensure a smooth transaction.
Restrictions & Limitations
Prepaid gift cards may not always work for online purchases and are sometimes declined by our payment gateway due to verification requirements.
Prepaid cards cannot be used for Try-On dresses.
Best Practices for Purchases
If you do choose to use a registered prepaid gift card for a purchase, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions:
Register the Card: Visit the card issuer's website to register the gift card and assign your billing address to it.
Keep the Card Safe: Do not throw away or destroy your prepaid gift card after making a purchase. Keep it in a safe place until you are certain you will not need to return your items.
What Happens If You Need a Refund?
If you need to return an item purchased with a prepaid gift card, having the original card on hand is essential for processing your refund correctly.
If you still have the card: Refunds can be credited directly back to the original form of payment.
If you lose access to the card: It may become impossible for our payment processors to return funds to a discarded or lost prepaid card.
