How to Shop Ship Now Dresses
Finding a ready-to-ship dress is simple:
Use the Filter: Click the “Ships Now” filter on the left-hand side of our website to view all eligible dresses. You can easily combine this with our colour filter to find exactly what you need!
Look for the Lightning Bolt (⚡): Ship Now availability is indicated by a lightning bolt symbol next to the size and colour options.
Check Both Size & Colour: You must confirm that both your selected size and colour feature the lightning bolt. If either is missing the symbol, that specific combination is not currently available for Ship Now.
Policies
Returns: Ship Now dresses are returnable within 30 days of delivery. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions and information.
Modifications: Unfortunately, orders for Ship Now dresses cannot be modified. If you realise you need a different size or colour, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one.
Cancellations: Cancellations can only be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once this window has passed, the order will be actively processing in our warehouse and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
