Where should I drop off my return?

To get your return safely and quickly back to us, please make sure to drop it off using the carrier specified on your prepaid return label. This label only works for that designated carrier, and unfortunately, we aren't able to switch carriers for you.

Please hand your package directly to a carrier employee or take it to an official staffed counter/location. Do not use drop-off boxes, as this may cause your return to be significantly delayed.

As a reminder, please make sure postmark your items within your applicable return window. We kindly ask that you drop off your return as soon as possible after generating your label.
