How to Return

Step 1: Check Your Box for a Return Label

Before doing anything else, check inside your original packaging:

Start by looking inside your box for a prepaid return label. Some orders include a prepaid return label - if yours does, simply use that label and drop off your return with the designated carrier!

Please be careful not to confuse the packaging slip included in your box with a prepaid return label. The packaging slip clearly states “this is not a return label,” so it’s easy to tell them apart.

If you don't find a prepaid label inside your box, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Start Your Return

1. Click here to open the return page!

2. Once the page opens, click "Start My Return".

3. Enter your order number and email address, then follow the on-screen prompts.

4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print it out and move on to Step 3!

Step 3: Pack & Drop Off Your Items

• Pack: Place your items and the packing slip inside the original box (or a box of similar size).

• Label: Cover or remove any old shipping labels. Secure your new printed return label to the top of the box using a shipping pouch or clear tape.

  ⚠️ Important: Do not place tape directly over the barcode, as this can prevent it from scanning.

• Ship: Drop your package off with the carrier listed on your label.

Please note: Returns must be dropped off within 5 days of generating your return label.
