I entered the wrong address at checkout! What do I do?

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, it is important to change your address as soon as possible after placing your order. 

How to Change Your Shipping Address

To change the shipping address on your order, please follow these steps:

1. Click here.
2. Enter your Email Address and Order Number.
3. From the order summary page that appears, click "Change Shipping Address". You can select a previously saved address or add a new one.

Important: Please note that if you are unable to update your address on the website, our Customer Service team will also be unable to make the change.

While we cannot reroute or modify the shipping address on our end once an order is processing, you can contact the carrier directly to ask if they are able to update the delivery address for you or hold the package at a local facility for secure collection.
