To download your return label or QR Code, follow these steps:

Go to your order summary page by logging in OR entering your email address and order number here.
Click 'Return Status'.
Click 'View Return Label' to download your return information.

Please note: If you see a message that states "We have received your return request. You may download the return label from this page shortly," please check this page for the label again in a few minutes. A copy of your return label will be emailed as well.

Returning from the UK (EVRI or Royal Mail)

Your return email will include one of two things, depending on the carrier assigned to your return:

EVRI drop-off QR code: Take your packed return and the QR code to an EVRI drop-off point and show the code. They'll print the label for you there, so you don't need a printer.
Royal Mail printable label: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with Royal Mail.
