How to Change Your Email Address on Existing Orders

Guest Checkout

1. Click here to go to the Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address.
2. Click Update Email at the top of the page.
3. Type your new email address and click Save.

Pro Tip: We recommend avoiding Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature. It creates a private relay email that may block you from accessing your account or receiving order updates.

Registered Accounts

1. Log into your account and navigate to My Account
2. Click the edit icon next to the email field.
3. Enter your new email address and current password, then click Save Changes.
